Can we change or add destinations during our rental duration?
Yes, you can! Our private driver services are flexible. You can adjust your route or add destinations within the agreed duration. If your destinations are far outside the standard tourism area (e.g., North or West Bali), a small fuel surcharge may apply.
Does the rental price cover driver meals and accommodation?
For daily day-charters, you do not need to cover the driver's meals. However, for overnight trips outside South Bali where the driver must stay overnight, a basic accommodation/overnight fee will be required.
What happens if our trip exceeds the daily rental duration?
If your trip exceeds the standard daily duration (e.g., 10 or 12 hours), an overtime fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour is payable directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
How does the driver find us at hotel pickup or airport arrival?
Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before the pickup time. For airport arrivals, the driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a paging board with your name clearly displayed on it.
What is the cancellation policy for transport bookings?
You can cancel your transport booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a basic cancellation fee.
